Wahlberg's Wig To Play President Biden

Soon to hit is a movie called "Spy Balloon," featuring Arthur Wahlberg playing President Joe Biden. The movie is partially being filmed in Boston, and Noelle Salon had the honor of creating President Biden's hair for the film. Wahlberg has a pretty decent mane of hair and did not want to turn it grey for the film. Therefore, he was fit with a white scalp prosthesis that did not require him to color or cut his own hair.

Wahlberg is the eldest brother of the famous clan, and he is quite a thespian/comedian. He was down to earth, our staff and clients at the salon enjoyed his comedy. He is always ready to make someone smile. He is very excited to play the president, and the movie is filled with twists and turns, but we do not want to give too much away.  

It is a difficult task to make a wig look natural, especially without using a bald cap. His own hair was carefully integrated into the wig and was thinned out to emulate the president's hair line. Since we are experts with hair loss, it was easy to grey blend the wig. Most grey wigs are synthetic, but they are not as natural looking as a human hair wig. 

We are honored to be commissioned to do this work on many Massachusetts natives such as Steven Tyler. In the past, we have worked with hair extensions, hair patches, hair toppers, and wigs for our local famous talent.

At the end of the day, Wahlberg was extremely excited about his new look! The final touch of a make-up artist will bring the Biden look to life! We are super excited to be part of this makeover.
