Yes, you can color and or foil on the same day as your keratin treatment, in fact, it is quite healthy for your hair.  A keratin treatment after a hair color service will prolong your color, as well as keep your hair healthier.  The only caveat is that the treatment may slightly lighten your hair color.  In this case, we may opt to make your color a bit deeper in tone, considering that your hair will lighten subtly.

Brazilian Blow out Price Starts at $150 and cut starts at $45

Duration:  2 - 3 hours with hair color

A keratin treatment is not just for curly, and frizzy hair, it works extremely well in improving the health of over-processed hair due to chemical treatments and bleaching.  In fact, many of our clients with hair relaxers have a keratin treatment in between visits because it does not interfere, chemically, with other services.

We do not only specialize in the Brazilian Blowout brand, but we have other types of keratin services that are a bit more gentle such as IncaGlow and Highliss by Truss.  These treatments are similar to a deep mask treatment, but the system uses amino acids to coat the hair cuticle.  In many cases, we use a formula that is purple, the purple is perfect to tone down brassy shades in blonde hair, this is an amazing treatment that infuses shine into the hair.

By nature lightening hair via balayage, foils and one process may lead to damage, keratin treatments such as Brazilian Blowout, Mizani, and others are perfect for adding protein and achieving healthy blonde hair.  Processed blondes especially need keratin treatments to keep blonde hair healthy and smooth, but the above-mentioned brands do not offer a product formulated exclusively for blonde hair.  We use keratin treatments that are not as harsh on blonde hair and are made to brighten blondes with a different delivery system utilizing “amino acid,” therefore, there is no fumes, irritation, gentle and are formulated with a mix of violet pigments to enhance blonde highlights and/or all-over blondes. The treatment lasts 8 to 10 weeks and only requires a few passes of the flat iron.
